Hello, Your work is really creative and you have nice and clean layout of blog. Since yours is also a self hosted blog can you guide me how you have added follow widget and “Press This”.

Megha, thank you for the compliments. This isn’t a self hosted blog, but uses a free theme from WordPress, some of the widgets (the ones you mentioned) just popped up. I did take the free blogging 101 course from their blogging university(this can be taken by self hosted too) and learned how to add the category widget. Still have a lot to do and learn. I did buy/rent my domain name which means I have my own .com just directed to WordPress when I set things up. Hope this helps explain what little I know š Any more questions ? I’ll try to help.

There is a blog I follow who is switching from a WordPress site to a self hosted and some of the posts he writes is about his set-up, maybe he has answers for you? https://aopinionatedman.com/

I just wanted to leave a big “Thank You” to Bev for her help over the 4th of July. I’ve been wanting to learn how to spin but was hesitating to buy a wheel, wasn’t sure it was something I’d have a talent for. Bev humored me and let me sit a spell at her wheel. Several laughs later we had an interesting ball of “ART” yarn. LOL! Bev, You are great! Thank You!

Darlene, it was my pleasure to help you get started. In spite of the heat and the on-lookers you did very well for the first time. I’m sure that once you find a wheel and have time to practice you will be an excellent spinner since you already have “a feel” for working with fiber. Let me know if I can help you further.

Merry Christmas to you and yours too. Yes I have been bad about regular posts, but that just means we’ve been keeping busy. I’ll try to do better in the future š
